League registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

This includes withdrawals, no-shows, or disqualifications due to rule violations.

Minor variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to manufacturing updates.
4. Usage & Warranty

FCL Foosball tables are intended for indoor recreational use only.

Damages caused by mishandling, outdoor use, or misuse are not covered under service or warranty.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and materials related to FCL are the intellectual property of Neelmay Digital Pvt. Ltd.
